Payout Guide
How your ticket revenue gets from TamashaGo buyers to your bank account — and how fast. All funds are held in escrow until your event concludes, then released on your tier schedule.
Payout options
New Organizer
Funds are held in escrow until your event concludes, then released 14 days post-event. This window covers any refund or chargeback resolution. Reserve: 30% of gross.
Established Organizer
After completing 3 events with a clean track record, payout timing drops to 10 days post-event. Reserve: 20% of gross. Instant Payout available (see below).
Pro Organizer
Pro-tier organizers receive payouts 7 days post-event with a 10% reserve. Full business verification required. Instant Payout available (see below).
Payout reserve
A reserve percentage of your revenue is held for 7 days after your event to cover any refund or chargeback claims. The held amount decreases as your track record grows.

Instant Payout Coming Soon
Instant Payout will allow Established and Pro organizers to receive their post-event funds within 24 hours of the event concluding — instead of waiting the full standard 7–14 day window.
- • Additional fee: +2% of face value collected, capped at $75 maximum
- • Available to: Established and Pro tiers only (requires at least 3 completed events)
- • Requires a verified backup payment method on file
- • Funds still held in escrow until event ends — this is a faster post-event release, not a pre-event advance

Setting up Stripe Connect
Connect Stripe
From your organizer dashboard, click 'Payouts & Banking' → 'Connect Stripe.' You will be redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding.
Verify your identity
Stripe requires a government-issued photo ID and your bank account details. Most verifications complete in 5–10 minutes; some may take up to 24 hours.
Add your bank account
Enter your US bank account routing and account number. Stripe makes two small test deposits (under $1) to verify ownership. Confirm the amounts in your dashboard.
Start selling
Once verified, all ticket revenue flows through your Stripe account automatically. TamashaGo never holds your funds beyond the standard reserve period.
