Terms of Service
Effective date: June 21, 2026 · Synaptis Technologies LLC
TamashaGo is an online marketplace operated by Synaptis Technologies LLC that connects independent event organizers with ticket buyers. TamashaGo is not the organizer, producer, or promoter of any event listed on the platform. These Terms govern all use of the platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Synaptis Technologies LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TamashaGo platform — including browsing event listings, creating an account, purchasing tickets, or listing an event — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy).
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase tickets, or list events. By using the platform you represent that you are 18 or older.
Your use of the platform constitutes affirmative electronic acceptance of these Terms, legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under the E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. Each individual may hold only one personal account; each legal entity may hold only one organizational account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tamashago.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
TamashaGo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or any other reason.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
The purchase of a ticket through TamashaGo constitutes the purchase of a revocable, limited license to attend the specific event. Tickets are non-transferable unless the organizer explicitly enables transfers. Resale of tickets above face value (scalping) is strictly prohibited and may violate federal and state law.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to comply with all rules imposed by the organizer and venue, including age restrictions, dress codes, and prohibited items.
Initiating a payment chargeback for a ticket to an event that was delivered substantially as described, without first seeking resolution through TamashaGo's refund process, constitutes fraudulent chargeback conduct and will result in permanent account termination.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are solely and exclusively responsible for: (a) the accuracy of all event information; (b) obtaining all required permits, licenses, and authorizations; (c) complying with venue and performer contracts; (d) carrying adequate event liability insurance; and (e) attendee safety.
In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or material change, the organizer must notify TamashaGo at support@tamashago.com within two (2) hours of making that determination.
Organizers are prohibited from directing buyers to purchase tickets outside the platform to circumvent TamashaGo's fee structure. Such conduct is grounds for immediate account termination.
Prohibited listings include: events the organizer lacks legal authority to hold; fraudulent or fictitious events; events promoting hate speech, racial or religious discrimination, or illegal activity; and events for which required performance rights are not held.
5. Ticket Purchase & Fees
Platform fee: 5% of ticket face value per ticket (organizer may absorb). Payment processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per order (always passed to buyer). Free events: $0. These fees are non-refundable on buyer-initiated cancellations as they cover payment processing costs already incurred.
Organizer fee: $0. TamashaGo charges no listing fees, monthly fees, setup fees, or commission to organizers. Organizers receive 100% of the listed ticket face value.
Free events carry no service fee to either party.
Refund schedule (buyer-initiated):
| Time before event | Face value refund | Service fee |
|---|---|---|
| > 7 days | 100% refunded | Non-refundable |
| 3 – 7 days | 50% refunded | Non-refundable |
| < 72 hours | No refund | Non-refundable |
| Event cancelled by organizer | 100% refunded | Fully refunded |
6. Prohibited Activities
The following are expressly prohibited on or in connection with the platform:
- Ticket scalping (reselling above face value)
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation
- Automated ticket purchasing (bots, scripts) — a federal violation of the BOTS Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45c
- Harassment or threats of any user, organizer, or TamashaGo employee
- Off-platform fee circumvention
- Uploading malware or harmful code
- Unauthorized data scraping or data mining
- Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
Violations may result in immediate account termination, civil liability, and/or referral to law enforcement.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, design, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Synaptis Technologies LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any TamashaGo IP without express prior written authorization.
Organizers retain ownership of their event content. By uploading content, organizers grant TamashaGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNAPTIS TECHNOLOGIES LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) FEES PAID BY THE USER IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (II) $100.00. IN NO EVENT SHALL SYNAPTIS TECHNOLOGIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TamashaGo is not responsible for event cancellations, organizer misconduct, venue failures, injuries at events, or any other act or omission of third-party organizers, venues, or performers.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Except for small claims matters, all disputes shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in any class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@tamashago.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
10. Changes to Terms
TamashaGo may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
