Platform fee

5% platform fee per paid ticket. You can absorb this so buyers see a clean price — toggle "Absorb fees" per ticket type in your event editor. If you pass it to buyers, it is added transparently at checkout. Either way, TamashaGo collects 5% from the sale.

Example: a $30 ticket → $1.50 platform fee. You choose who pays it.

Processing fee (Stripe)

2.9% + $0.30 per order — Stripe's card processing charge. This is always passed to buyers and is never optional. It is shown as a separate line item at checkout so buyers always know what they're paying.

Example: a $30 ticket order → $1.17 processing fee shown to buyer.

Parking tickets

Parking ticket types incur a flat $1.00 processing fee per ticket. This fee is always absorbed by you — buyers pay face value only. Parking ticket support is built into the event editor under "Ticket Types".

Free events

$0 — always free to list and attend. There is no platform fee, no processing fee, and no charge of any kind on free tickets.

Who pays the fee

By default, the 5% platform fee is added on top of your ticket price at buyer checkout. Buyers see a clear breakdown before confirming. Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30) is always shown as a separate line and always paid by the buyer.

Instant payout

Standard payouts are released 7–14 days post-event based on your tier. Instant Payout (Established & Pro only) releases funds within 24 hours of your event ending. Fee: +2.00% of face value collected, capped at $75. Requires a verified backup payment method.

Payout reserve

A reserve is withheld for 7 days post-event to cover potential refund or chargeback claims. The reserve percentage decreases as your track record grows.

Pro advance payout

Pre-event advance payouts for Pro organizers are planned for 2027. This product requires a formal agreement, financial verification, and insurance documentation. Contact your account manager to get on the waitlist.
